Turbulence

There is always something!! We found out yesterday that it looks like Nadie and Michele will have to fly into Denver, not Albuquerque, from California! Oh boy.....All of the flights either have too many connections, connections without enough time for the puppies to switch planes (it must be at least an hour), or flights that get in during the heat of the day. So CCI has asked if we could go and pick them up at DEN. That's only a 6 hour drive (approx). We really don't want to do that so we've asked if perhaps someone in the Colorado CCI group could pick them up and either foster them overnight till we can get there Saturday or else pick them up and drive them to Pueblo or Trinidad...even Colorado Springs would help. Then we would meet them there. Keeping our paws crossed that it'll work out. Of course, one way or the other we will get the girls. Maybe there is a silver lining and the flight to DEN will be non-stop and easier on them. Since Judy has a brand new car, with satellite radio and room for two kennels,  the drive will be nice.... seems to be the summer of road trips for both of us.
