Our girl has been vacationing in Albuquerque this last week. We had company and a big birthday celebration for Gene so one of our fellow puppy raisers took Michele for a few days. What a blessing that has been. She would have been overwhelmed with all the visitors and party prep and it was nice to not have to worry about her training and all that for a few days. But boy do we miss her. I'll be going to Albuquerque for puppy class on Friday and will retrieve (no pun intended) her from Andrew then. After puppy class we'll do a little shopping and then check into the hotel and stay overnight. Her first stay at the Marriott!! And on Saturday we'll head to Twin Warriors golf course for the photo shoot and golf tourney meeting. The weather people are predicting rain on Saturday, so who knows if we'll get the pictures taken or have to postpone. But it will be good to have my girl back. Can't wait to see how much she's learned in these last few days. 

Today is her 11-month birthday.....can't believe she's almost a year old. It was just yesterday she and Nadie arrived .... or so it seems.
