Got an extra kennel down from the attic today and will get that washed and ready tomorrow. We'll keep it in the great room for her so she can be with us yet be out of the way.....and Levi might leave her alone a bit. Her travel kennel will be in the bedroom until she outgrows it and then the "big girl" kennel comes out. My folding travel kennel will go to work with me and be her hideout in my office. Of course, she won't be able to hide out much if all the people who say they are coming to see her actually show up. Guess I can close my office door and put a "Puppy Sleeping" sign on it.
Trying to get as much sleep as I can between now and Wednesday.....that first night is always a tiring one for us....and of course, she'll be exhausted after her trip. Just keep thinking how stressful it must be to be turned in at Santa Rosa Puppy Park and then probed and proded and chipped and tatooed and then separated from your littermates. Our other two puppies arrived in the company of another puppy but she'll be alone. Am so thankful she's on a non-stop. Her littermates, Cole and Cannon, fly from SFO to JFK and the 4th one we know of, Cajoun, flies from SFO to San Diego. But they always seem to come bounding out of the kennel at the airport ready for life with their new families!!
OK - next entry will have pictures of Her Highness Miss Cheyenne!! For this post, another royal highness!!
